Enables a word-based censor for all user input. Optionally can report offensive language via the
Reported Content plugin.

Mal-formed word lists will have unexpected results! Word lists *must* be comma separated in
one of the two formats:

Format 1:
word1,
word2,
word3

Format 2:
word1, word2, word3

The plugin will automatically convert all word lists into the first format upon saving.
Extra whitespace will be trimmed.

As of 1.2, regexp is supported in the words list.

** INSTALLATION **
        * Unzip the file to the elgg/mods/ directory.
        * Go to your Elgg tools administration section, find the uncaptcha tool, and
          enable it.
        * Customize the settings if desired.

Amazon Wish List Widget

Makes use of Yahoo! Pipes to get JSON data from Amazon instead of XML to avoid Cross-Domain XMLHttpRequest restrictions. Requires the jQuery FlyDom plugin in the vendors\jquery directory. http://flydom.socianet.com/ You may want to hard code your AWS Access Key into the widget on a production site. The instructions can be found in the readme.txt file.

Create an amazon folder in the mod\profile\views\default\widgets folder
Unzip the edit.php and view.php files into the amazon folder
Add a line of code to the start.php file in the mod\profile folder. The line of code should be placed in the function profile_init() See readme.txt for the line of code.

This new version features:

The registration without typing an username was removed. (That caused an issue, because ELGG uses alot the usernames for the url, so isn't a good thing to show the email in a url).

User config verification, elgg should do this by default (I will check if it's required to open a ticket).
The possibilty of login using either username or email.

Hi People,

This the new Elgg "Profile - Age and Gender" plug-in by SGr33n.

There is a user age calculation based on the date of birth. There is a new
input type, I named "Date": there are 3 pulldowns (day/month/year), and there is a javascript
that recognize uncorrect dates (like 30 february).

The style is not perfect, but I know you will not use the default theme, so
you can style it as you want.

Anyway more to come ;)

If you have Elgg 1.2, not updated to the last SVN, look at the directoty profile_for_Elgg_1.2_base.

Similar to Yahoo! Answers, this plugins allows users to ask question to others in the community.

In this first version, only one answer per question will be allowed, but the idea is to make a list of answers that the question's owner or an admin could close when they think that the question is well answered.

Generate users (updated)

This plugin generates test users for your Elgg installation. Depending on options provided by the
administrator, generated users will have custom profile icons, friend relationships, messages sent
to each others, blogs, uploaded contents, and comments on blog entries and uploaded content.

This plugin should never, under any circumstances, be used on a live site already
having real users and an active community. If anything goes wrong during user generation,
there can – and probably will – be inconsistencies in the Elgg database (not to mention that you
probably don’t want fake users mixed with your real ones in a single installation). Worst case
scenario, you might have to drop the whole database and install a new, empty Elgg
database from scratch. You’ve been warned.

New feature: As of version 0.91 beta, the plugin comes with JMeter integration. JMeter, in a
nutshell, is a great open source application, that will allow you to test your site under pressure.
This means you can unleash any number of your generated users onto your website
simultaneously and have them perform different kind of activities. They will log in, read their
messages, upload new files, post comments on blog entries, and do a lot more, just like real
users would do. While your fake users do their activities, you can check your server’s load,
average response times, deviations and other indicators. All that will help you to scale your
server(s) properly for a real-life environment.

Before enabling and using this plugin on your site, please please please read the enclosed manual (docs/manual.pdf). Especially the "Warnings" and the "Direct database manipulation" sections.

9: co brand and distribute your ebook

Double-click on the Brandible.exe file in order to launch the branding tool.

Open the ebook

You will need to open the eBook to be customized by either clicking on the brown manila folder icon in the upper left hand corner of the Brandible, OR by pulling down the FILE column in the top menu and selecting "Open eBook."

A small window will appear showing the contents of the reader's hard drive.

You will need to select the eBook from among the files.

You will notice two brands.. BRAND1 and BRAND2

Click on BRAND1

Click on the Pencil icon and a box will pop up

Within that box, ENTER your kim academy username under 'Brand Value'.

Click OK

Unless you wish to enable adult content, You can safely ignore BRAND2.

Any change you make here will set kim to also allow the links to the password-protected Adult-Verified ADULT material to be made available.

If you have activated the content but wish to deactivate it, simply set BRAND2 to '0'

Click on the Save button.

If asked to protect your ebook with a password, click NO

Close the Brandible by pulling down the FILE column in the top menu and selecting "Exit."

Test your eBook.

Lastly, you will want to launch the eBook and make sure the links have been properly branded.

Distribute your ebook

Simply upload it to your network files (You may wish to zip it up first using a compression utility like WinRAR [ you can get this here ]) and place a files widget on your profile

You will need to get a google api key to make this plugin work.

Once you have it, insert it into the src on line 33 of /views/default/feeds/display.php

Then put the 'feed' plugin to the 'elgg/mod/' directory.

Expirationdate

Provides a method to set an expiration date for entities and to delete
the entities after that date. This plugin provides no user interface--it is
simply a helper plugin for other plugins.

** Usage **
Configure cron for Elgg as described in the Elgg documentation.

Install and enable the Expirationdate plugin. Be sure to set the plugin's
period to something that will match nicely with your cron jobs.

Within your plugin, set entity expiration dates by saying:
expirationdate_set($entity->guid, $expiration_date_string, bool);
Where $expiration_date_string is a valid strtotime() string.
If the 3rd parameter is true, the entity will be disabled instead of deleted.

Unset expiration dates by saying:
expirationdate_unset($entity->guid);

Before entities are deleted the plugin_hook expirationdate:expirate_entity is
called with $param set as:
array(
'entity' => entity object
)
If you register a function to this hook, the entity will not be deleted/disabled
unless the function returns true.

Each entity that has an expiration date will be passed through the plugin hook
expirationdate:will_expire_entity with the $param set as:
array(
'expirationdate' => timestamp of expiration,
'entity' => entity object
)
This can be used to send out warning emails, etc.
